| ???metadata.dc.description.resumo???: | Este estudo analisa o papel do Jornalismo Sindical na difusão de informação voltada para o trabalhador ao investigar o conteúdo dos jornais sindicais, comparando suas diferentes abordagens comunicacionais em torno de uma pauta única: a temática da Reforma Trabalhista. Utilizando a técnica de Análise de Conteúdo (BARDIN, 2017), estudamos a Folha Bancária, Voz Comerciária e O Metalúrgico, veículos oficiais de três sindicatos filiados a entidades sindicais distintas. Buscamos compreender como eles conduziram a compreensão, pelo leitor/trabalhador, gerando ou não o seu engajamento na luta contrária à aprovação da atual legislação trabalhista (Lei 13.467/2017). Entendemos que faltou clareza sobre o posicionamento dos sindicatos em seus periódicos, mas que o jornalismo sindical tem um importante papel na contracomunicação e construção da imprensa contra-hegemônica. |
| Abstract: | This study aims to reflect upon the role of Union Journalism in spreading information amongst workers by analyzing the content of the referred newspapers and comparing their communication approaches towards a specific agenda: the Labor Reform in Brazil. Using the Content Analysis Technique (BARDIN, 2017), we have studied Folha Bancario, Voz Comerciaria and O Metallurgico, official vehicles of three unions affiliated with different union entities. We seek to understand how they led- or inducee- the comprehension by the reader/worker, either generating engagement in the fight against the approval of the current labor legislation (Law 13.467/2017) or not. We understand that there was a lack of clarity about the position of unions in their periodicals, but that union journalism has an important role in counter-communication and the construction of the counter-hegemonic press. |
