???metadata.dc.description.resumo???: Esta é uma pesquisa de caráter qualitativo, com cunho narrativo, na modalidade autobiográfica. Pensando na escola como lugar adequado para as interações, aprendizado e socialização e percebendo a necessidade de ressignificar os sistemas de políticas educacionais com a proposta de melhor atender aos alunos, nasceu o tema: As percepções sobre a Justiça Restaurativa sob a ótica dos próprios participantes envolvidos: estudo de uma escola na Baixada Santista. Analisando a inserção da Justiça Restaurativa com foco na Educação Básica, pretendo responder a seguinte pergunta de pesquisa: Quais as percepções emergem sobre o uso das resoluções de conflito, quando os professores promovem aprendizagem significativa, utilizando as técnicas da Justiça Restaurativa com alunos do terceiro ano do Ensino Fundamental da Secretaria Municipal de Educação (SEDUC), da cidade de Santos/SP? A Justiça Restaurativa tem na fundamentação e na estrutura conceitual o diálogo como caminho para a resolução de conflitos. O objetivo geral desta pesquisa é refletir sobre o que emerge da reflexão de alunos e professores do 3º ano do Ensino Fundamental, participantes do projeto sobre o foco da Educação na Justiça Restaurativa e seus desdobramentos nos alunos da Rede Municipal de Ensino da cidade de Santos/SP. Compartilhar os desafios e as complexidades contidas neste projeto. Dar ouvido e voz a cada ação, compreendendo que a Justiça Restaurativa é um conjunto ordenado e sistêmico, é a arte do encontro e do perdão. Entender o significado do círculo da Construção da Paz, da meditação e da fruição, que são características deste Programa, possibilita resgatar as relações que foram quebradas. São objetivos específicos desta pesquisa contextualizar a Justiça Restaurativa, promovendo uma melhor compreensão sobre o tema; explicitar o papel do professor na construção de práticas mais efetivas e nas transformações dos alunos e dos professores envolvidos neste processo; descrever a experiência de implementação e desenvolvimento do Programa de Justiça Restaurativa na Secretaria Municipal de Educação da cidade de Santos/SP. Esta investigação teve seu início no ano letivo de 2018. Foi realizada com duas turmas de alunos do 3º ano do Ensino Fundamental, totalizando 7 alunos e 7 professores. As experiências narradas, corpus da pesquisa, são analisadas a partir de uma abordagem interpretativa. A fundamentação teórica desta investigação tem como base as narrativas autobiográficas de Clandinin e Conelly, destacando aspectos do Programa da Justiça Restaurativa de Howard Zehr com o Judiciário e de Kay Pranis com os Processos Circulares. Foi possível constatar que: a JR melhorou o comportamento da classe e dos alunos; os círculos trazem paz e energia; escola, família e alunos precisam estar juntos.
Abstract: This is a qualitative research, with narrative nature, in autobiographical modality. Thinking of the school as an appropriate place for interactions, learning and socialization, and realizing the need to re-signify educational policy systems with the proposal to better serve students, the theme was born: The perceptions of Restorative Justice from the perspective of the participants themselves. involved: study of a school in Baixada Santista. By analyzing the insertion of Restorative Justice with a focus on Basic Education, I intend to answer the following research question: What perceptions emerge about the use of conflict resolution when teachers promote meaningful learning using restorative justice techniques with third graders? of Elementary Education of the Municipal Secretariat of Education (SEDUC), in the city of Santos/SP? Restorative justice has in its foundation and conceptual structure dialogue as a way to resolve conflicts. The general objective of this research is to reflect on what emerges from the reflection of students and teachers of the 3rd year of elementary school, participants of the project about the focus of Education in Restorative Justice and its consequences in the students of the Municipal School of Santos / SP. Share the challenges and complexities contained in this project. To give ear and voice to every action, understanding that Restorative Justice is an orderly and systemic ensemble, is the art of encounter and forgiveness. Understanding the meaning of the restorative circle, meditation, and enjoyment that are characteristic of this program makes it possible to rescue relationships that have been broken. The specific objectives of this research are to contextualize Restorative Justice, promoting a better understanding of the subject; explain the role of the teacher in building more effective practices and in the transformations of students and teachers involved in this process; describe the experience of implementation and development of the Restorative Justice project in the Education Network of the Municipal Secretariat of Santos/SP. This investigation began in the 2018 school year. It was conducted with two classes of students in the 3rd year of elementary school, totaling 7 students and 7 teachers. The narrated experiences, research corpus, are analyzed from an interpretative approach. The theoretical basis of this research is based on the autobiographical narratives of Clandinin and Conelly, highlighting aspects of the restorative justice program of Howard Zehr and Kay Pranis. It was found that: JR improved the behavior of the class and students; the circles bring peace and energy; school, family and students need to be together.
